Sáng ngày 22/02/2011, theo lịch đăng kí lịch làm việc với UBND huyện Hóc Môn, Chi cục Bảo vệ thực vật TP. Hồ Chí Minh đã triển khai thực hiện kế hoạch tổ chức Lễ mít tinh và hướng dẫn kỹ thuật an toàn sử dụng bảo quản thuốc bảo vệ thực vật (BVTV), xử lý cấp cứu ngộ độc, nhiễm độc hóa chất thuốc BVTV năm 2011.

Đây là một trong những kế hoạch hưởng ứng ứng tuần lễ Quốc gia về ATLĐ – PCCN lần thứ 13 năm 2011. Thực hiện các Kế hoạch số 97/KH-UBND ngày 10/01/2011 của Ủy ban nhân dân thành phố Hồ Chí Minh về tổ chức các hoạt động Tuần lễ quốc gia về An toàn - Vệ sinh lao động - Phòng chống cháy nổ lần thứ 13 năm 2011 trên địa bàn thành phố; Kế hoạch số 84/KH-SNN-TCCB, ngày 18/01/2011 của Sở Nông nghiệp và PTNT Thành phố về việc tổ chức các hoạt động hưởng ứng Tuần lễ trên (từ ngày 20/03 đến ngày 26/03/2011),. Tại buổi làm việc, ông Thái Thành Tâm – Phó Chi cục trưởng Chi cục đã nêu rõ việc tổ chức lễ mít tinh là thiết thực nhằm nâng cao nhận thức nông dân và công nhân sản xuất nông nghiệp, chấp hành đúng quy định pháp luật về bảo hộ lao động, phòng chống tai nạn lao động, bệnh nghề nghiệp trong sử dụng thuốc BVTV.

Kết luận buổi họp, ông Trần Công Cảm – Phó Chủ tịch UBND huyện Hóc Môn thống nhất ý kiến với kế hoạch của Chi cục Bảo vệ thực vật và chỉ đạo cho các phòng ban trực thuộc phối hợp hỗ trợ Chi cục Bảo vệ thực vật thực hiện tốt Lễ mít tinh lần thứ 13 năm 2011 (dự kiến tổ chức trong tháng 3 năm 2011)./.
